We stand behind our handmade press-on nails. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Refunds are considered for damaged or incorrect items only. Please include images and order details when contacting us.
Once your request is approved, we will process a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless there is an issue with quality or shipment.
